The Government Affairs Division provides the residents of the Quad Cities viewing area the latest update on issues and events that affect their community. Each city served by Quad Cities Community Television has a channel 16 providing exclusive cablecasts of local meetings, council updates and city sponsored events. Between programs the channels display an electronic bulletin board containing information about new ordinances, meeting times, council agendas, and the weekly playback schedule.
Our monthly Council Updates may be seen by residents of other cities on channel 15 keeping them up-to-date about what is happening in neighboring communities. The QCMR (Quad Cities Municipal Report) is produced twice a month and provides concise news from all our member cities.
