The Community Affairs Department covers community events including parades, music concerts, and special community presentations. In addition, we produce a weekly community talk show called Suburban Mix, The District Court Show, and a monthly Chamber of Commerce program. This department also trains residents from the communities we serve how to produce programs for playback on channel 15.

QCTV Channel 15 is seen in the four cities of Andover, Anoka, Champlin, and Ramsey. Community programming is produced by full-time and part-time staff, local and regional access users, and national non-profit organizations.
