Community Access Overview:
Most regional community television stations offer video production training programs available to the public. The staff at QCTV offers informal classes on field camera operation, editing (linear/non-linear), and studio production. Eligible Access Users must be over the age of 17 and reside in the cities of Andover, Anoka, Champlin, and Ramsey. Use of our equipment is subject to Access rules and regulations.
To Submit a Program for Playback:
Please read the following information to submit a program for playback on QCTV Channel 15. Playback formats are: VHS, SVHS, and DVCpro (25). You must have the cue time and total-run-time on the tape label. Please include contact name and telephone number on each tape. In addition, your first program must be submitted with a completed compliance form. You may obtain a form online by clicking the following link: forms & guidelines. Tapes are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Residents from the Quad Cities viewing area do receive priority status.
